While most shops conclude their support once parts are machined, we go the extra mile for our customers. We meticulously follow each part through certified outside process houses and perform any necessary final assembly. Our comprehensive services include detailed deburring, encompassing hand deburring, pencil deburring, long bore deburring, and polishing. Our fully equipped assembly department offers a range of services, such as bearing and bushing installation, bearing staking, bearing swaging, helicoil and pin insertion, Lee plug installation, and safety lock wiring. Furthermore, we hold certifications from Parker and Sikorsky for aerospace assembly.
